Hemus Hotel Sofia

The bed was comfy, but the bathroom needed serious help.

It's a convenient good budget hotel with magnificent and ideal location in Lozenets district near the festival, a Metro station and a shopping center and Metro and Taxi, shopping mall across the road, cafe and restaurants. All the staff members are very welcoming and really good. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room smelt like smoke from previous occupant, bathroom shower situation caused floor to get drenched!!! Outdated furniture does not justify the price!!!

Great scenery from 13'th floor, we can see all the Town. The hotel is placed near a big mall, near the center.

The Bathroom was not so cleaned on the floor, and the room has an "old" smell, but you get what you have paid, good value for money though.

Amazing views and convenient location

I spent 3 nights on the 16th floor, where the views of Sofia were fine. The location couldn't be better, with a metro station right across the street and a shopping mall nearby. The staff were genuinely nice and spoke both Russian and English. I found the bathroom needs some improvements, especially the tight shower space.

With 3 to 5 euros to ok taxis you reach all professional spots at the city centre.Friendly staff able to speak English.Excellent view of the city from the 18th floor sasa Japanese restaurant which offers good food.

The food at the bar was brilliant. The room was fully renovated and decent sized with a fantastic sofa, and I greatly enjoyed it.

Spacious and attentive early check-in service with a cute atmosphere.

Staff were courteous and helpful with directions to local restaurants, internet cafe, etc. Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting, but was adequate.

The bed was OK but the base needed replacing, the mattress turning - common problem in business hotels where the same side of the bed is being sat on all the time.

The best think is the location. You can go anywhere you want in the center of sofia in 15 minutes

The hotel rooms are very old and the beds are really unncomftable

The location is amazin, right next to metro n a big mall with lots of restaurants. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was decent, had a good variety of food. It's a good value for money and i'd totally stay again.

the wifi was pretty weak in my room and the bathroom could've used some updates.

The location was very central and the view from my room stretched over most of the city.
